This 5-day imperial cities tour from Marrakech links Morocco’s historic capitals in one loop: Casablanca and Rabat on the coast, Fes with its medina, then Meknes and the Roman ruins of Volubilis before the return to Marrakech. Itinerary
Day 1: Marrakech → Casablanca (Hassan II mosque exterior or optional ticketed visit) → Rabat (Kasbah, Hassan Tower). Drive 3.5h. Day 2: Rabat → Chefchaouen (optional) → Fes. Drive 4–5h. Day 3: Included guided Fes medina walk, with optional paid admission at named attractions: Al-Qarawiyyin, Bou Inania, tanneries, souks, Mellah. Day 4: Fes → Meknes → Volubilis area, with optional paid site admission → Marrakech via Beni Mellal. Drive 7h. Day 5: Included guided Marrakech walk; Bahia Palace, Saadian Tombs and Majorelle Garden admission is separate. End of tour.
