Booking requests and confirmation
Sending an availability request does not reserve a place or confirm a trip. We check the requested dates and send a written quote, proposed itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, and booking terms for review before you commit. Private trips and private dates are quoted individually.
Scheduled group departures
Group tours have a maximum of 15 travelers and need at least five travelers for the departure to run. We confirm or cancel a scheduled group departure 21 days before it begins. You can still ask to join after that decision point, subject to availability. If we cancel a departure, we will contact you about available next steps.
Cancellation schedule
- At least 61 days before departure: free cancellation.
- 40 to 60 days before departure: 30% cancellation fee.
- 30 to 39 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee.
- Under 30 days before departure: no refund.
