How do I request a tour?
Use the availability form on a tour page or message us on WhatsApp. We check your dates and send the itinerary, price, inclusions, and booking terms for review. Sending a request does not reserve a seat.
How fast will I get a reply?
We aim to reply within 24 hours. For a trip coming up soon, WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us: +212 660 769180.
When is a group departure confirmed?
Scheduled group departures need at least five travelers. We confirm or cancel a departure 21 days before it starts. You may still ask about joining later; availability must be checked. Groups have a maximum of 15 travelers. Private dates are available by quote.
Can I change my itinerary after confirming?
Ask us about changes. We will check availability and any price difference before agreeing to a revised plan.
What is the cancellation policy?
At least 61 days before departure, cancellation is free. From 40 to 60 days before departure, the cancellation fee is 30%. From 30 to 39 days before departure, it is 50%. Under 30 days before departure, there is no refund. Ask us for the booking terms before confirming.

Do I need a visa for Morocco?
Entry rules depend on your nationality and can change. Check the current requirements with Morocco's official consular service or your airline before travel; we can help you identify what to check.
When is the best time to visit?
Spring and autumn are popular for milder weather. Desert nights can be cold in winter, and summer days can be hot. Ask us which itinerary fits your travel dates.
Where do you pick us up?
Pickup depends on the tour and the agreed itinerary. Tell us your arrival city or accommodation, and we will confirm the meeting place in your quote.
What should I pack?
Comfortable shoes, sun protection, and layers for cooler evenings are a good start. Check the weather and the specific itinerary before you travel.

What languages do guides speak?
Tell us your language preference when requesting a tour. English and French are our main service languages; other languages need confirmation.
Are your tours private or shared?
We offer scheduled small-group tours with no more than 15 travelers and private itineraries by quote. The tour page and your written quote will identify the format.
Is Morocco safe for tourists?
Travel conditions vary by route and date. Check current government travel advice and follow local guidance while traveling. Contact us about any concern with your itinerary.
Are your tours good for kids or older travelers?
Tell us the ages, mobility needs, and pace you want. We will check the specific tour and any suitable changes before quoting.

Inclusions vary by itinerary. Read the specific tour page and the written quote for transport, accommodation, meals, activities, and any exclusions. Do not assume airport pickup or a desert camp is included unless it is listed.
