If you only have two days, this Zagora desert tour from Marrakech is the simplest way to see the south. You cross the High Atlas by the Tizi n’Tichka pass, stop at the kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, drive through the Draa Valley palm groves and ride a camel into the dunes at sunset. You sleep in a standard desert camp with dinner and breakfast, then come back the next day with a photo stop at Ait Benhaddou. From €190 per person. Small group, maximum 15, on selected Saturdays.
