- We check the route, transport and accommodation options, then send a proposed itinerary, inclusions and price in writing.
- Review the quote and booking terms, including the cancellation schedule, before confirming. Any deposit, balance and payment method will be specified in the quote.
Inclusions and exclusions
This is a custom trip, so transport, accommodation, guides, meals, activities and airport transfers depend on your agreed itinerary. We will list what is and is not included in the written quote. Flights, personal expenses and travel insurance are not included unless the quote expressly says otherwise.

Q: Can I plan a special occasion or a slower pace? A: Yes. Tell us what you need and we will check the options and costs before anything is confirmed.
Q: What languages are available? A: English and French are our main languages. Ask about other languages for your dates.
Q: What is the cancellation schedule? A: Cancellation is free at least 61 days before departure, costs 30% at 40 to 60 days, costs 50% at 30 to 39 days, and is non-refundable under 30 days. Ask for the full booking terms before you confirm.
